Terms of sale
Orders
An order is accepted after successful payment and confirmation. We may cancel and reverse an order if stock, pricing or payment information is incorrect or if fraud is suspected.
Pricing
Prices are displayed in Indian rupees. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown before payment. Promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
Products
We aim to present colours and details accurately, but appearance can vary by screen. Handmade or small-run pieces may have minor variations that do not affect their intended use.
Exchanges
Purchases are governed by our exchange policy. Refunds are not offered except where required by applicable law or agreed by us to resolve an incorrect or damaged order.
