Shipping charges
Shipping is free when the order value after discounts is ₹999 or more. A ₹90 shipping charge applies below ₹999.
Dispatch and delivery
Orders are normally prepared for dispatch within 1–2 working days. Delivery times vary by PIN code and courier availability. Tracking details will be shared after dispatch.
Online payment only
We currently accept secure prepaid payments through Razorpay. Cash on delivery is not available.
Delivery concerns
If a parcel arrives damaged or the delivered item is incorrect, email support with your order number and clear photographs as soon as possible.
