Exchange only
Eligible items may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. We do not accept returns for a refund or issue cash refunds, except where required by applicable law.
Eligibility
The item must be unworn, unused, unwashed and returned with its original tags and packaging. An exchange remains subject to replacement stock being available.
Request an exchange
Email support with your order number, the item and size received, and the replacement size requested. We will confirm the next steps before you send anything back.
Incorrect or damaged items
Contact support promptly with photographs if you receive an incorrect or damaged item so we can review and resolve the issue.
